Zhu ruirong said that USTC is a comprehensive national key university built by the People’s Republic of China focusing on frontier science and high and new technology. In recent years, the high-quality development of NANGang shows the new characteristics of green, intelligent, humanistic and high-tech, and promotes the development of “double main industries” of steel + new industry, which provides many application scenarios for the scientific research achievements of USTC. We look forward to in-depth and extensive discussions and cooperation between the two sides.

Huang yixin said the goal of “dual carbon” is a systematic long-term project. Under the trend of globalization, the business field and academic field are constantly integrated and actively cooperate. We look forward to comprehensive and in-depth cooperation between NANGang and USTC in the fields of intelligent and connected new energy vehicles. It is hoped that USTC will take Nansteel as a test base, strengthen industry-university-research integration cooperation, promote the market transformation of relevant forward-looking technological research and scientific and technological achievements, promote the research and development results to the whole country, and contribute to the carbon emission reduction of the steel industry.
